Juan Ulloa is a first-year Master of Public Policy (MPP) student at the University of Chicago. He joined CPOST as a Research Assistant in the summer of 2024. Juan earned a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago in the spring of 2024 and intends to graduate with his MPP in the spring of 2025.
