Sarah Wang is a fourth year in the College and a research assistant at CPOST. She is pursuing a double major in Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations and Global Studies and hopes to continue her studies in international relations and human rights in law school following her graduation. Sarah is currently a member of the Minerva narrative team and assists in analyzing the role of social networks and propaganda in the radicalization of Somali-Americans to al-Shabaab and ISIS. She expects to graduate from the University of Chicago in the Spring of 2019.
