Soo Wan Kim was a graduate researcher at CPOST. She worked with the Minerva Propaganda Team in the fall of 2016 and lead a project on compiling and analyzing a database of propaganda videos produced by al-Qaeda's Yemeni affiliate al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. She was a master's student in the MAPSS program at the University of Chicago, concentrating in Political Science with a focus on international security and computational research methods. She graduated in the winter of 2018.
