Sophia Kierstead is an undergraduate at the University of Chicago studying Political Science and minoring in Creative Writing/English. She joined CPOST in the spring of 2017 as a member of CPOST’s Minerva Initiative to help analyze, expand, and maintain the Perpetrator Database. In the winter of 2019 she joined the Data Analytics Team to help write the Suicide Attack Database relaunch update. On campus, she is the co-director of the Society for International Relations, UChicago's undergraduate IR club, and she is heavily involved with the Women's Ultimate Frisbee Team. She expects to graduate in the spring of 2020.
