Leung is a MAPSS student concentating in Political Science at the University of Chicago.  He joined CPOST in the spring of 2019 as a member of the Data Team, and helped maintain the Sucide Attack Database.  His major academic interests refer to nuclear proliferation, strategy, peace-building and international social work. He is constantly struggling to strike a balance between respecting political reality and liberating political imagination.
