Anna Thomsen is a third-year Political Science student at the University of Chicago minoring in Astrophysics and Eastern European Studies. Anna joined CPOST as a Research Assistant in Fall 2023 and intends to graduate in 2025. Her areas of interest include the Russia-Ukraine war, international relations among Balkan states, and Chinese policy in the South China Sea.
