Barry M. Sabloff is a retired financial services executive and a board member of corporate and non-profit entities. Currently, Mr. Sabloff is a member of the board of directors and past Vice Chairman of Marquette National Corporation and its subsidiary, Marquette Bank, in Chicago. He is currently also a trustee of Columbia College Chicago, and a director and past President of the American School in London Foundation.

Mr. Sabloff has previously served as a director on the board of Calypso Technology, Inc. in San Francisco, and the board of CoBank ACB in Denver where he chaired the Audit Committee. Also, he has previously served on various non-profit boards including: The American School in London Educational Trust, Ltd.; Sherwood Conservatory of Music (Chairman); Inroads, Inc.; Illinois Cancer Center (Chairman); and Inroads/Chicago; Inc. (Policy Board President).

Mr. Sabloff’s career began at The First National Bank of Chicago, which merged with Bank One and subsequently merged with JPMorgan Chase & Co. He retired after 30 years as an Executive Vice President heading Bank One’s international activities and network. Earlier leadership roles at First Chicago included head of Global Risk Management; area head for Europe, Middle East and Africa based in London; and head of syndicated loans, commercial paper and private placements.

Before beginning his banking career, Mr. Sabloff served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for three years. He earned a BA in Economics from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
