Olúwatóbilóba (Tobi) Adéwùnmí is a first year CIR student at the University of Chicago. Prior to joining CPOST as a Research Assistant in the Fall of 2023, he was a Research Fellow at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA). His research interests include international security, urban political ecology and Black diasporic epistemologies of belonging, concentrating on South Side Chicago. He is currently a board member of the International Graduate Students Advisory Board at UChicago.
